The Research and Community Development Center (RACDC) is a dedicated research and development organization focused on advancing development and humanitarian efforts in the fields of gender, health, and climate. At RACDC, we are committed to promoting evidence-informed and contextually tailored solutions that drive positive change and foster sustainable growth. Our multidisciplinary team of experts collaborates with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the quality of life through targeted interventions in SRHR, NTDs, disability rights, GEDSI, CSE, and strategic leadership and organization management. Our evidence generation and data-driven strategies inform and influence policy, ensuring that our interventions are effective and aligned with the needs of the communities we serve. RACDC is registered at the Office of the Company Registrar under the Ministry of Industry, Government of Nepal, with our central office located in Kathmandu.
