Gender inequality is prevalent issue in Nepal. So, RACDC works to promote gender equality by identifying root causes of existing gender inequality through research and evidence generation and RACDC conducts education and awareness programs and campaigns on gender equality and social inclusion for individuals with diverse intersectional identities, including women, men, and sexual and gender minorities based on the findings of the research. We advocate for policy changes that promote gender equality and social inclusion, ensuring equitable opportunities and outcomes for all. By working closely with the target population at the grassroots level, we ensure that our initiatives are contextually relevant and impactful. Our programs address harmful gender norms and practices, promote women’s leadership and participation in decision-making processes, and foster inclusive environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. We build the capacity of community leaders and stakeholders to champion GEDSI issues effectively, creating sustainable and equitable changes within the communities we serve.
